They are printed on demand and will be despatched to you by First Class Post, typically 3-5 days after the order.

Returns will only be accepted as a result of a defective product. In this instance a credit will be raised for your return carriage costs in addition to the original product value if required. We regret that refunds are not offered in any circumstances against purchases of PDF downloads.
